3. Image Processing and Zero Storage

We have a strict zero-storage policy for all images:

• No Saving: Images are NEVER saved to our servers or databases
• Immediate Deletion: All images are deleted immediately after processing completes
• Temporary Processing: Images exist only in temporary memory during the 30-60 second processing time
• No Backups: We do not create backups or copies of your images
• No Access: Our staff cannot view or access your processed images
• Encrypted Transfer: All uploads use SSL encryption
• No History: We don't log what you've processed or when

4. Information Sharing - We Don't

We do not share any data. Period.

• We do not sell or share your email or account data
• We do not work with advertisers or data brokers
• We do not share data with third-party analytics companies
• Your images are processed on our secure servers - we don't send them to third parties

The only exception: We will comply with valid legal orders from law enforcement, but since we don't store images, there's nothing to provide except basic account information (email).

5. Data Security

Our security approach is simple: the best way to protect your data is to not store it.

• Zero-Storage Security: Images can't be stolen if they're not stored
• SSL Encryption: All uploads and downloads are encrypted in transit
• Temporary Processing: Images exist only in volatile memory during processing
• Immediate Deletion: Automatic purge immediately after processing
• Encrypted Passwords: Your password is hashed and never stored in plain text
• Minimal Data: We only keep what's absolutely necessary (email, encrypted password, credits)

6. Your Rights and Control

You have complete control over your account:

• Access: View and update your email address anytime
• Delete: Delete your account instantly - we'll remove your email and encrypted password
• Data Request: Request what data we have (email, account creation date, credit balance)
• No Marketing: We don't send promotional emails, so there's nothing to opt out of

Note: Since we don't store images or processing history, there's no image data to access, export, or delete - it's already gone immediately after processing.

7. Age Restrictions

Our service is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use our service or provide any personal information.
